Ben Kelly

After growing up in a small town in Iowa, Ben decided to experience the big city life and attend Arizona State University. While attending, he worked at a small deli on campus where he worked his way from part-time sandwich maker to owner and operator. With the opportunity to purchase a business at such a young age, he knew that his career will always be focused on being a successful businessman. He ran the business for a few years before an offer came along that he could not refuse for a buyout. So his first attempt as an entrepreneur was tough, insane, amazing, and….over.

Soon after he began his career in sales where he has excelled in both inside and outside sales environments with an emphasis on business development and fostering and sustaining lasting growth. He is a highly motivated, ambitious self-starter that always gets the job done. His unrelenting focus on results coupled with his organization as a project manager will give you the total customer service experience.

El Niño has arrived. What does it mean for the weather?

It's official, an El Niño advisory is now in effect for the globe. After several months under a "watch," teetering on the edge of El Niño, NOAA's Climate Prediction Center (CPC) has finally pulled the trigger.

The climate phenomenon may enhance an already very stormy pattern across California, making it even stormier.
The El Niño Southern Oscillation is a natural cycle of warmer and cooler than normal Equatorial Pacific Ocean temperatures. The El Niño phase is a warming of the Central and sometimes Eastern Equatorial Pacific sea surface temperatures, occurring every few years on average.
